Hi Mark,

The problem I found with the gaps on the sides of the Pulsar canopy is that it changes when you open/close it. So if it is sealed when it is closed, it gets squished or ripped off when you open it. I have given up on it. 



The seal in the front is easier, I stuck foam tape on the fuselage side and let the canopy frame slide against it. I also have foam tape on the back of the canopy. When I am inside the lock pulls it far enough aft to close it and there is no gap, when I am outside, I cannot push it far enough aft to eliminate the gap. I put a good canopy cover over it.

  I use a small white bulb seal on the leading edge and aft surface of the canopy. 

  

 

  Frost  King 5/16 in. x 1/4 in. x 17 ft. White D-Center EPDM Medium Gap Weatherseal Tape V25WA - The Home Depot

  

 

  I use this brush type seal on the side rails.

  

 

  Frost  King 1/4 in. x 3/8 in. x 17 ft. Black Brush Pile Window/Door Weatherstrip/Weatherseaal Replacement BP17A - The Home Depot

  

 

  These may not be the exact products I have but are similar.  I've had good luck with these.
