Ah, so little to say and yet so much ado. So happens I have an "Approved Manual". Back in the bad old days, the Chicago FSDO guy demanded a maintenance program so I handed him a 32 page checklist that Bud Harrell used to sell for both Yak and CJ. Without warning, my FSDO guy whipped out a hand stamp, pad with real Red Ink and proceeded to stamp "Approved" on each and every page, followed by his initials. When I moved to Florida the Orlando FSDO guy decided to re-license the airplane with new restrictions. He took one look at those imposing stamps and authorized it as The Manual.
