What a Weekend!!! I passed the Sport Pilot written on Friday (98%
wanted 100). Flyin at Smoketown on Saturday and met Terry and the Zimmerman
boys at Smoketown on Sunday and flew to the Kolb farm to meet John Hauck
and Bro Jim and visit Homer.
117 mile round trip, 3 hours and about 9 gals of fuel in the old
Ultrastar,
Had a great time talking with John, Jim, Homer and the boys, looking at
Kolbs and flying over some fantastic countryside.
Thanks to Homer for allowing us to fly in and Eugene for the pictures
and my Wonderful Wife for allowing me to follow my flying dreams. Great
people, Great airplanes and clear sky's, what more could a Kolber ask for.

You need to associate the .jpg files with the application you want to open
them. How you do that depends on your operating system.
Another way to do it is if you are running windows then you can.
First download the files to your computer.
Then click Start then Run on your main window
Then Type "MSPAINT" then hit Enter.
Then in the MSPaint application window go to File/Open and find the files
you downloaded in the dialog box and click open.
That might do it.

Hi Bill,
The pictures are all JPEG files. The only reason I can think of for
them not opening is that the file names may be too long for your
browser.
If you would like I could try renaming the files and send them to
your personal address.
I am curious to know if anyone else was unable to open the picts?

Gene, Bill, Ron, et al:
When I got the original message, as has been the case in many of Gene's postings w/images, two files per image are shown. One that appears to be compatible with MAC/Apple machines and another for PC/DOS machines. Have had no problems opening the PC image file listed.
Unfortunately, I saved the images and dumped the messages and for whatever the reason, can't find Gene's original msg in the forum.
Bill, the PC vs Apple issue would be consistent with the error message that you get if you are using a PC machine.

Ok, I apologize for the redundancy but for the sake of the people who could not open the pictures the first time I'll try again by posting them on the BBS forum interface.

Hi Eugene
Thanks for the link to George's photos. I noticed a picture of Sam Peachey,
I had met him a few years go at the AirVenture in Oshkosh and he is a very
interesting person, he invited me and my wife to come to his camper trailer
and meet his family, I was surprised that he and his daughter flew Kolbs.
