On the CH 601 XL flaps part 6W1-3-1 (nylon control plate) has a 1/4" x 15mm slot in it.
My question is does this slot also get put in the inboard end rib(6W1-1-1) or is it just a 1/4" hole in the rib?

Put a slot in the rib as well as the nylon block.
