Harbor Freight is offering a 1,000 pound capacity, Model 94778 Dolly capable of being easily converted into a slick wing dolly or fuselage rotisserie. Can be used for inverting aircraft fuselage and completing difficult riveting, interior canopy sanding or instrument wiring tasks – inverted.

I bought two last week when I saw the add. They also have a 10% off coupon in their most recent mailer - so I got them for $26.99. Hard to build it for that.
