I think that Steve (84KF) must be using a symbol set that does not translate
well to plain text. If you read the HTML version at
http://forums.matronics.com/viewtopic.php?p=74450#74450, it is readable.

But this brings up an important point, we should all transmit messages in
plain text, as that is the standard for email discussions. If you need to
transmit a photo with your message, just switch to HTML, then back to plain
text.

I think those symbols are ASCII code for different punctuation that Steve
uses... The server at Matronics can't decipher the codes so it just inserts
them.

You are right it dies take time to red around the codes.

I'm pretty mouse savvy and usually when I have to click on something to get
further enlightened I just hit the delete key. I do it with emphasis.
