Anyone local Kitfox owners within 75 miles or so of Milford, Mi. needing an annual condition inspection can E-mail me .....if you can get past Lowells hate mail. 

26 yrs experience, certificated a\c and amateur-built.  A&P, w\I.A.

Impeccable references available.

That remark is not going to make you too many friends on this list, 

Steve....Lowell is pretty well thought of around these parts...might 

want to rethink that one.

 However ....



When it comes to having our planes safe I don't think there is any room for

personality conflicts.  Steve has the practical credits and Lowell has much

experience...including experience dealing with FAA officials.



This may be one of those special places where it doesn't pay to "carry a big

stick".



P.S. I contacted Transport Canada today and spoke with the inspector for

eastern Canada on a similar Canadian issue.  He was intrigued with my

investigation into the regulations, I am close to Steve's Canadian counter

part.  I told him I didn't require a "Now" ( never pressure Transport Canada

 )answer and we agreed that I would call him next week for further

discussions.  He told me there was a meeting in Monkton this weekend  of

personnel from across the country.  He is going to table my issue and

argument for discussion.



The real trick was not to be confrontational!
