Pardon me for trying to boiling this down to the most fundamental element$, but……………
You are looking at a high powered Commander, the 720, with no pressurization. That description could fit a number of airplanes “on the block" right now.

There are airplanes available here for less than $90,000 that were not designed with pressurization. It would be a lot cheaper to resurrect (if required) one of these airplanes that may not require as much “tweaking.”(Money) as the 720.
Personally, I’m not to sure about the value of the pressurization system on a piston Commander, if the system is not working.
