Here is a belated reply to an earlier question. I found the following item from Lowes:
American ValveŽ
1-1/2" Qwik Cap
Item #: 23490 Model: RPC40 $2.47
Remove the hose clamp and cut it half lengthwise. It fits perfectly over the fresh air vent outlet.
