Hi All,
Looking for stick-on trim tabs. Someone made them but I can't find them.

At the hardware store pick up an assortment of hardwood wedges,
intended for securing axe or maul heads to handles. Tape in place
using duct tape for test flying. When satisfied finish to match the
airplane then secure with double sticky tape.
If it's for aileron trim I'd recommend Van's aileron trim kit instead.

Make your own out of aluminum scrap and use double sided carpet tape to
stick in place. Flew mine for 300+ hrs without any problem.
