If Speaker Pelosi (3rd in line for Presidental succession) does use your airport you could be in for some changes. I operated out of Aurora (ARR) for many years and things started happening after Speaker Hastert begin flying in and out in a Gulfstream V, decked out in Red/Blue stripes with an American flag on the tail. A fleet of Black Suburbans greated each arrival/departure, manned by DC Metro police.
Runways got extended and completely redone, new taxiway projects got funded, new fencing and gates, new ramps, etc.
Perhaps those old solar tugs will get upgraded to Hydrogen fuel cells and the pure water byproduct could be used to water the Smoothie Bar's herb garden.
