Silly question!
Why use blue silicone rubber hoses when they have to be renewed every five years?

Ken,
We use silicone hose because it isn't rubber and, therefore, doesn't have to be replaced. It's permanent.

Silicone is not rubber and as far as I know doesn't deteriorate like normal rubber?
