Hi all. Has anyone carried out this mod? If so could you please take a snap shot of it and add some dimension to it for me so i can forward it to my fabricator please. Many thanks Frank

I drew this up in AutoCAD LT, and sent the dxf file to a waterjet cutting company

They have various quality levels, based on speed of cut.
Q5 = best cut
Q4 = still OK for us
Q3 = marks now showing
Q2 = getting ropey
Q1 = lots of marks – internal bits only
Machine is accurate to =/- 0.01mm
I got various bits cut, in 1.2mm SS304 (Stainless), or 1.5mm 6082T6 (Aly)
Here is the dxf file. It includes templates for instruments.
