This valve has 1/8” npt fittings which are the same as the stock Chinese valve, no adaptor is required. I use a different valve for the emergency air which bleeds emergency system and eliminates sticking shuttle valve issues.

Hi - don't have that handy, but I used 1/4" valves in all my Yaks - the lines in the yak are 6mm, so easiest way to adapt is to buy swagelok 6mm to 1/4" union adapters, and then splice in a short run of 1/4" tubing. I use these valves on the main and also emergency valves - WAY better than the russian valves and never leak.

Why would you possibly want to install those shitty russian valves? Do yourself a favor and retrofit to Swagelok (or similar) 1/4 turn valve - a very simple retrofit, but a huge improvement.

Hi Gill and Dee,
Thank you both. I called their L.A. office and the price is only $88 with no min quantity requirement. This is cheaper than the Chinese valve.
Gill, can you provide more information on your emergency valve mod? What is the Swagelok part no. and which shuttle valve did you eliminate?
Thanks in advance.
Robin
