Just a reminder to mark your calendars and put in your vacation request for the annual TCFG Fly-in to be held September 18-21 at Colorado Springs, Colorado, home to TCFG member, Dan Farmer. If you've never been to a Fly-in and met Dan and his lovely wife, you absolutely must come and do so. You're guaranteed to have fun.
Plus, Colorado Springs is a great place to visit with lots of exciting things to do and see so plan some extra time to take it all in. As arrangements are firmed up with hotel, etc. we will keep you posted.

Wow! Does this mean that we are staying at Farmer's house and that Teresa (spelling?) is going to cook for us?

With the Farmers hosting, maybe this will be my year to jump back into the fray. I’ve missed too many fly-ins since the great recession!

JimBob and Dan,The must see thing to do at Colorado Springs is The national Museum of World War II Aviation.
http://www.worldwariiaviation.org/
They are doing amazing things to rebuild some very rate aircraft.
They have two P-38’s being reconstructed from almost nothing.
They do have a meeting room and we may be able to meet there?
