Well now this is just getting more and more strange.
After seeing this one go through and getting your reply, I posted a new clean message, and it never showed up. So now, I am going to modify the reply from this one to see if my message will go through.
Guys,
Both Firefly wings are done up through the first brushed on coat of Poly Brush. I have gone through nearly a gallon of Poly Brush getting to this point. I bought the recommended two gallons, but am worried that there won’t be enough to finish the plane.
Logic says that I would use more as the first coat does most of the sealing and it is used to put the tapes on. However, even using an HVLP sprayer, I am bound to lose some to overspray.
I am trying to figure out if I need to buy more, and if so, how much? I don’t want to run out and have to wait for order to arrive when it gets warm enough to start spraying.
What kinds of coverage did you get out of Poly Brush on your projects?
Thanks,
Stuart

StuartI poly-brushed one Xtra wing, two coats, and had quite a bit left over, out of one gallon. I have another gallon, unopened; where are you located?
