All,

As some of you may know, I'm shopping for a CJ, and considering a few in the west. Would anyone have a flight plan from lets say Central CA. to Fl. avoiding mountains if at all possible.

Just looking to ball park cost and time to make the flight.
Also looking for estimates from all your ferry pilots out there.
Regards
Ernie

From the SFO Bay Area to OSH we fly I-80 most of the way. The highest point is just east of Salt Lake City. 11,500' needed for about 30 minutes. Slide southeast over the plains and it's all down hill to FL. Thunderstorms and tornadoes in the Mississippi Valley are another matter.
