Yes . It is 1-3/8 " in dia. However, they are not symmetric. There is
about 4.5 degrees of toe in in the one I have. I don't know how you
measured 33 inches, but depending where you measure from on the axle
tube you can see 33". The strut has roughly a 45 degree a bend about 7.5
inches from the axle. I don't remember what I paid for the pair, I'll
have to think about it. Where are you located-Shipping?

They are right and left. At least mine were marked for my Mark 3 c. They do not work on the wrong side
