Folks in the know,
Since we have a bunch of people with Yaks, CJs, Yak-Changs (CJs with M14P’s J ) I’d thought I’d ask the question here:
What is my CJ worth, or what should I ask for her, to sell it?
1977 CJ6A with approx. 4,500 TT
400HP M14PF 54 hours since OH (factory) ~400 hours TT
MT 3 bladed Prop
No known damage history
Malcolm Hood
Extended range tanks 64gal
Smoke System 8gal
LED external nav/strobe/landing lights
NEW landing gear this year
ALL original wiring removed and replaced with new
3 10” Dynon SkyView EFIS Display system (2 in front, 1 in rear cockpit)
2 axis auto pilot
2 Com Radio (Dynon and Garmin SL-30 Nav-Com)
IFR Cert
Full 9 Cyl engine monitoring with history since installed
Oil Analysis history since installed
Infinity Grip on both front and back sticks with Smoke/AP disconnect (front only)
So thoughts guys and Gals?

Planes of very similar spec in our area have sold between $130,000 and $160,000.
Of course you're going to get lookie-loo's saying it should be $80,000 because someone unloaded an M14 Nanchang for $74k but it's not for you to educate lookie-loo's about the value being tied to the individual plane and not to the market of vaguely similar but inferior planes.
