I just today finished reading "Manifesto" by Mike Busch.  I think he did a pretty good job on this book but look forward to the rest in the series to get more detail.  I really think he's spot on with his views on maintenance based on time in service.  Anyway, I think it's a great boot and was quick and cheap to get on Amazon, and I read it in an hour or two.
