I have been in contact with the FAA to register my aircraft,  numerous times. My talks with the FAA concerns documents they are requiring, that I have not be able to acquire. The FAA is asking for a release from the military to the dealer.  Their detail sheet describing what is needed to register an imported aircraft, requires a statement of non-registration, which does not show where the plane came from and they will not accept.



What docs normally come with the CJ-6, a military release?



Any advice is appreciated.
