Update;

  I had a couple of emails from you guys spelling out the risk of taking KW on, and the info that if we do this half hearted, and the proposal gets beaten , it can not be revisited.

  Also looking at the way LAA proxy voting works, we ask for them [ Chairman ] to vote on our behalf, if he doesn't like / agree, he can veto.... funny hand shake / trouser leg pulling politics....... we will have to be present at the AGM.

  So we need to start now to get a file of all those who were ''done'' by KW, and letters from those with ''close escapes '' [ some were called and asked to send cash for never to be repeated ''deals'' ].

  Contact me direct, [not on this Forum] and I will get the ball rolling for next year.
