Bob,First thing to determine is it oil or in fact grease? If oil it is most likely a bad dome seal (s), if grease check the blade seals. After that look at the seal behind the prop flange in the nose case. Not definitive but some place to start looking.

My yak 52 has developed an oil leak in the area of the shutters. Could be the seal at the back of the tube going into hub rear or front case seal. I removed nose cover over hub and looked with flashlight
No real major visiable oil in there. Removing prop and shutters to reach front of case is not appealing. But even spraying leak check and running/ cleaning/running. No real answer
Any suggestions
Thanks
Bob
