Hi Gang,
I have reprinted the information below from the RPA ECOM for a note to those who didn't see it. If you are not planning to room at MTW there are several who are driving over from Oshkosh for the evenings events. Dave McGirt or Bill Walker would be a good place to start in looking for a ride. Please feel free to share rides and come join our fun evening for a really good cause.
We are expecting 50 plus in attendance so please call Zoe and get your name on the list. If you would like a room for just that one night in Manitowoc, Zoe will also help you coordinate that. The room rates we are getting are really reasonable.
The evenings events being heald at the Beautiful Maritime Museum will include Jurgis Kairys speaking. Remember the internet video of the plane flying under the bridge inverted? Thats him ( http://www.jkairys.com/index2.htm ) At this point he is also planning to fly demonstratioin in our MTW Aerobatic Box on Monday afternoon as well.
Also on the agenda is some outstanding music provided by RPA's own Jeff Pritchard, with other excellent musicians Robert Terry and Dan Grider. This should also be really outstanding.
Several of Rodgers friends are coming in from out of town to attend the dinner as well and this would be a great opportunity to share memories and meet other folks who knew Rodger.
No need to dress up. Come in your green bag straight from OSH or where ever.

July 24th marks the opening day of EAA Airventure 2006. It also marks the one year anniversary of the passing of our friend
and fellow pilot Rodger "Deno" Modglin. We would like to take the opportunity to join together for a banquet in
remembrance of Rodger. Join us for dinner and drinks as we celebrate our friend, Rodger.
We are asking for a $100.00 donation which will benefit The Rodger L. Modglin Memorial Scholarship Fund.
