I just got back from a 16 hour repairman's school in Corning Ca. put on by Rainbow aviation. It was a pretty good course, but of course I wish I could have had the time to learn more. This will allow me to annual my plane after it is registered as LP. These people are one of the few that are recognized by the FAA to put these on. I think the next one is somewhere in the Midwest in Oct. I found them through the USUA.
The discussion of course got around to balancing surfaces and about flutter. One of the guys had found this link concerning flutter. http://www.phdtop.com/sky/ insert it into a Google search. warning it is a bit risqué!, but not filthy!
