Hi all,
Someone on the list recently was asking about the torque
values on the warp drive prop. As I have just received my prop this
morning here is what they quote.
** note: After adjusting the blade pitch, tighten the clamping bolts in
increments of 20 inch pounds up to the full recommended torque. Do not
fully tighten the bolts in one step! tightening one bolt to the full
torque could change the pitch of the blade. Torque the clamping bolts
evenly in a criss-cross path.
Torque Values.
Torque the 1/4" clamping bolts to 120 inch pounds or 10 foot pounds.
Torque the 5/16" or 8mm bolts to 175 inch pounds or 15 foot pounds.
Hope this helps
