Hmmmm.... Me suspicious of your winglets. Every plane that I've had from
T-Tail Arrow, Mooney 201, Beech A-36, F-33 and a Twin Comanche, all had much
better TOL performance ( by that I mean distance and speed were both lower )
with gap seals... Not to mention cruise is better so much so that is now
the first mod I make on a new plane.
