Its amazing how much scrap aluminum can accumulate in your workshop. Before
starting on my wing spars I decided to make good use of my leftovers. I went
through the plans and fabricated every part I could possibly make with scrap
I had on hand. In the last week I've made everything from access plates to Z
angles. I made a total of 76 parts, both large and small, and used up a
bunch of scrap aluminum.
For those who may be interested, I have posted a website to chronicle my
project. Some of the pages are incomplete at this time. You can click on the
"Latest Photo Update" image to see what I'm currently working on.
