Yes. While I have DSL and it goes pretty quick, on behalf of the "poor"
modem users, I would like to ask everyone to check the size of any
attachment to the list. If it is more than say, 200 Kb, please consider
finding ways to reduce it or, even better, try to put it on a server
and publish only the link of it.
If you need help to reduce graphic files, you are welcomed to first
write to me privately and I will help you.

My mail got hung up on something entitled "eff-16 crash video",
(misspelled here so as to not confuse my mail reader), and I finally
had to tell my mail preferences to eliminate anything with that in the
title. My mail prefs won't allow me to set a size for incoming mail, I
guess. It's a real pain in the rear to sit here with a modem and watch
something download for 20 minutes or longer when it isn't something
that I might be interested in in the first place.
