Does anyone on list have M14 engine timing indicator tool available for sale? I think I already asked Doug a long time ago.

If you are looking for a Top Dead Center indicator, I would not recommend using the Russian tool. It has been known to jam and when it does you may end up with a REAL problem. Either buy or make one yourself. But don't use the Russian one unless you're a glutton for punishment. If you're looking for a magneto synchronizer/ timing box, go to Aircraft Tool Supply's web site and buy this unit.

With the #4 cylinder at TDC, create a pointer at the propeller flange using a piece of safety wire attached to a screw on the cooling louver disk (or wherever you can attach one end of the safety wire) and point the open end of the safety wire to the "0" mark.
