Harold, I'm doubtful that the unfortunate accident you show is result of the aircraft design. If the picture is meant to prove such a claim I could post pictures of tricycle gear aircraft in similar situations, both big and small.

Yeah, nobody EVER has an accident in a tricycle-geared airplane.

I have seen nose wheels do the same thing. An inattentive pilot is not the fault of the aircraft or the design.
