When I spoke to Debbie Dewey at OSH regarding her spectacular RV-10, I asked her about the overhead console. She mentioned she purchased it from eBay for about $50 and it was the overhead console for the Chevy S-10 Blazer. A search of eBay motors for "overhead console blazer" will show many for sale averaging $50. This adds such a finished look to the RV-10 I had to have one. A friend of mine used the same blazer overhead0 console in his Glasair III. He got it from the local junk yard for $30 so that0 may be another option besides eBay.

Hopefully, Tony is monitoring this, cause there are sure a lot available

overhead consoles at a reasonable price.  Debbie, your quality was

beyond comment.  Beautiful aircraft and I was hurt not to see you taking

home an award.  It's a winner in my book.

I have Tony's contact info, I'm having him work up my fiberglass panel/console and overhead. He has some pretty trick window trim rings too. I'll post to Tim's site if he wants too. The photos are too big for the list.

I got mine last fall off of eBay for $30.  It was brand new surplus from a dealer that ordered it for a customer that never picked it up.  Geeze not bad, I managed to keep this a secret for almost a year, unless you happened to look at my log that is.
