hello gang,
the firestar ll flys very well, got it in some stable air and did some stalls and slow flight...stall recovery was quick and handled very well. I must admit i can see why you fellows like the Kolb. shot some take off and landings and greased in one that showed me how it should be done. need to do some more flying with it, but I am sure that it is a keeper. Grandsone kendall agrees and is already planning on a 2 place, stepson matt is interested in learning to fly and thinks it is something he wants to try and get involved with. I have been leading them towards a Kolbra with a 4 stroke. At any rate we are very happy with the firestar ll and i will be putting some more time on it early in the morning. thanks again to all of you who have put up with our questions.
