Need some help> I want to run strobe/nav wire  through both wings of my Yak  52.            Wings are  currently off. What is the best way and in what location.  Leading edge or  through the inspection plate at the outboard end?  Do I need to use a  sleeve or semi rigid tube?  

  

 Also, where do I pick up electrical for avionics  buss for avionics to be installed?
