I put a bead of vaseline around the cap (before inserting it in place).
The air pressure is quite low, so that was enough to plug the leakage.

I am currently trying to test my fuel tanks (including fuel line to the wing root) for
leakages.
Problem: I want to follow Bingelis' instruction using a balloon at the fuel tank vent. It is
quite difficult to seal the fuel tank filler neck properly. How did you do that? Any advice?
Cheers from Switzerland
Martin
