I heard back from Stratus today on my problems.  It appears that the valve

guides were brass and not the right size.  When the engine heated up the

valves got very tight ( which is why the pushrod broke ) As for the over

heat not sure.  Everything was checked out, pressure checked, resurfaced or

replaced and then reassembled by stratus.  Stratus really stands behind

their stuff.  It is being run in the test cell now and should be back here

soon.
