All

 I pulled my recoil starter assembly and noticed a  small accumulation of oil.

 Since I am planning on decarbing it, should I  consider of replacing the PTO and Mag side seals?

On first assembly the factory puts grease inside the seal before pushing it  on the crank sometimes they put too much and it is forced out.
