With all appropriate respect,

 I sat for 35 -40 minutes while 24 pictures arrived,  each approx. 200Kb.  That seems like a 4.8 meg transmission.

 We've had this discussion recently.

 Please realize that I want to spend my money on an  aeroplane, not on hi-speed internet, and my time on building, not waiting for  pictures to arrive, appropriate to just a few on this chat.

I suggest you ditch Outlook Express and switch to Mozilla Thunderbird. It's free, it's much better than O. E. and you can configure it to fetch only the e-mail headers. Then you can choose which messages to download. I don't think you can do that in O. E. The messages you are complaining about clearly indicated in the subject line that they contained pictures.

   I hit delete after 30 seconds. Why did you wait 40 min? According to  Zenith build times

  you could have built a rudder in that much time ; )

Then I guess you should learn what the delete key looks like on you  keyboard. I am amazed at the level of stupidity that runs rampant on this list.  And if you don't like what I said I really don't give a shit. Some people wanted  the damn PICS so I sent them. The subject clearly let everyone know that they  contained PICS and if you didn't want to open them you should have deleted them  smart ass.
