I filed clearance for the rivet heads.  Zenith personnel OKed the method.

 Also, on the factory demonstrator, there are two extra rivets in each of

these hinge plates.  I am doing that for peace of mind.

I pressed the bolt in easily with finger pressure--a difference in drill

diameter or drilling technique.  I see no need for an interference fit.
