This refers only to the Su-29 which  is of different construction to 26 and 31.

  

 I do not think any other  aeroplane has been affected apart from the one Su-29.  I believe Sukhoi  have now made a few stronger rear spar mountings, but I have not succeeded in  getting one for European customers as yet!
