Don't know if anyone has posted this "wind" web site before or not.
Please excuse me if it has.

I have just received it, and have not had time to look very deeply into it.

Very nice! Here is one I use, it is currently on TRI, but you can configure it for your local site.

I am currently using a Maule 6" solid rubber tail wheel.
We made a 4130 .120" tube tail wheel strut, heat treated to 48 RC. Welded a
plate on it to mimic a normal flat tail spring. Works good. Of course, all
welding and drilling is done prior to heat treating.
This same tail wheel strut will work with an 8" Maule Tundra Tail wheel, but
that is an overkill and extremely heavy, at about 12-13 lbs.
