Unless someone is parting their Pulsar you would have to get a sheet metal worker to bend a set for you, depending on your problem you may be able to remove the pop rivets and realign to the correct shape and re-drill between the old holes, from the manual don’t forget the twist on the flaps & ailerons, I would say this would be your safest bet.

Hello everyone
I'm in need of the flaps and ailerons for my Pulsar. I'm not happy with the way the ones that I built fit. It would be best if I just started over. If anyone could help that would be great.
Thanks Chuck Stroh
PS Merry Christmas

Steelhead Metal Corp. - 1800 N. Elder - Nampa, Idaho 83653 has in the past manufactured flaps and ailerons for the Pulsar II.
The contact I used a few years back was Terry McDevitt Tel 208-463-0461. They should have the drawings on file.

Have just seen an ad in Barnstormers for set of Pulsar Ailerons for sale and may have spoken to this fellow a while back. If it's the same guy he worked at the "factory" and had a set of new ones. Don't know how to forward you the ad but you should be able to find it on Barnstormers. Just checked the ad and I did speak to him. Was a nice guy and helpful but ultimately I didn't need them.
