Fellow Listers:Has anyone experienced carburetor ice while flying a Yak, and how was the situation resolved? Is carburetor ice a common problem with M14-P engines?

Yes. Very common in High humidity environments. Especially during cross country. Make sure your aircraft is configured for the condition of flight you plan to encounter.
