A question for the assembled wisdom.
The port side of the stern post has to be cut back as does the outer skin. As I understand it the stern post on the port side glues to the foam.
From the manual it appears that one should glue first and then cut back....but it looks easier to cut first and then glue.
Any thoughts?

that helps. I see you cut back the port side and then bonded which was my concern (as opposed to bonding and then cutting back.
