I just used a card gauge for the angle (which isn't that critical and would be better if slightly less)
bolted them together using the rod end and washers and wired them to the pipe using locking wire round the pipe and rod end.
If I did it ever again; I would move them 3mm toward Port as its a bit tight for the nut against the tank recess for no good reason.
Didn't have any issue with getting the nut on - tie wrapped a spanner to a rod.
Flight testing my Tru trak Gemini now.
