The last couple of days I have been getting duplicates of every msg from the Aeroelectric list. Is anyone else having this problem? I don’t think it is on my end since only the list emails are affected.

It's probably a glitch with your ISP, or some intermediate transfer point in the interwebs.  I've had similar things happen in the past, and they typically resolve themselves in a few days.
