Hey Guys,
Looking to sell my 1983 Yak 52. Will also trade for Yak 55.
The big things are:
TT 1850
Engine SMOH 893
Overhauled Mags 4/15
BPE High Compression pistons and rings 7/11
New Carbon Whirlwind prop blades 9/14 (not refurbished Russian blades)
Gear up locks and actuators rebuilt 5/14
B and C alternator 7/06
PS engineering intercom 3/05
New rudder cables 1/05 (mid section)
There is more, and if you are seriously interested, I'll get you the information you need.
The airplane is light. Only weighs 2062 pounds. Thats on a scale, not 20 year old paperwork. That's because there is nothing in the plane that doesn't help it fly. It has a Garmin 250 GPS/COM but no attitude indicators, turn and bank or any other fluff like "switch of correction" or "sound warning panel". Yes, you have to fly the airplane without a buzzer to tell you you are about to stall or a gauge to tell you how to turn!
I only have this one picture now, but will go out and take more tomorrow.
Asking 47,500. I want to move this plane, and no reasonable offer will be turned down. Got to make room for the 55!
