Hi All,
Next week I am off to Russia to have a look at my 'new' Yak 52 being test flown at the factory after its overhaul.
If you need any parts would like me to try and source for you, let me know. Also maybe put a price that you are willing to pay (in USD) for them so I can just grab them if they are available. I have no idea how much the Russians are going to want for parts, but maybe I can source some of the harder to get bits?
My aircraft is coming by container to New Zealand probably arriving March next year. I can either put the parts in the box as well, or depending on the size of them and how much other junk I buy, I can bring them back in my luggage. Either way, factor in freight from New Zealand to you.
Guys, please note that this is not a money making venture, but an offer I am making with a genuine desire to contribute something to this community. I have learnt a lot by reading your posts and I would like to do this by way of thanks.
Cheers
Chris
