So all the instructions followed for CS10 removal but I cant see how it is going to come out. Seems like CS08 would need to come out. Quite a job undoing all the bolts. Also seem to have some mildew forming in the area for which I would tend to use bleach on but I dont want to introduce corrosion - any ideas on that?

I am about to attack this job after Christmas and the instructions say it should clear the CS08?

The old mod 46 instructions apply and are slightly different.
You also need to disconnect the flap pushrod.
I’ll be impressed if you get that job done tomorrow!
Merry Xmas.

mod 46 ? Can't find and info on that where could I find it?
Sounds like a good tip to disconnect the flap control.
Felt like a gynaecologist today working through a 4 x 5 " hole !
Took me from 11:30 to 5:00 to get all the nuts undone and out. That was on my own, another pair of hands would have helped a bit.

Graham bleach will kill the mildew but you are correct about possible corrosion you could try swimming pool algaecide it's a bit more gentle
I have some if you are near enough to me
Compliments of the season

It came out. I just needed to remove the Port control stick to allow CS08 to move out the way. Set the wife on the cleaning and what I thought might be mildew just washed off. In retrospect, I didnt need to unlink the flap control or remove the starboard fuel tank spacer.
