Agree with Bill’s response.  Most importantly the slight forward and left stick.
At the very slow airspeed at the top, if you apply any back stick or load, be prepared for a snap.  The 55 is more sensitive to this than the 52 as the center of lift is closer to the CG.  Also it will not pivot quite as fast as the 52 fore the same reason.
The slight forward stick unloads the wing and prevents the snap.
The left stick is to compensate for a roll tendency at the top as the left wing is moving faster than the right wing and creates a slight lift - and a slight roll tendency.

I would not be as concerned w entry speeds right away - the faster you go, the longer the vertical ride.
Start high !!  Give plenty of room in case of error.
300 kph is about 160 knots.  You can easily dive to 200knts / 230 mph / 370 kph for a nice hammerhead.
Believe it or not the 55 has a higher induced drag than the 52 and energy management is what you will work on the most, so heed what Bill says and pull to only about 4-5 G.

Have fun and fly safe.  Once you get the hammerhead down, work on the humpty pull-pull-pull
When at the top just milk the elevator by back stick and unload, back stick and unload, repeat until the nose comes over the top and starts down.  It will be very slow and graceful in the 55 !!

I don't know about the Yak 55 but the Yak 52 is 82% and full throttle entry speed 300 clicks  or better pull to straight up with 4 1/2 - 5 G you can cheat and use the AH at 50 clicks kick FULL right rudder as rotation starts slight forward and to the left stick when the nose is pointed to the ground center controls. That's how I do it in MY Yak 52
